Every time new enjoyment and joy

Small restaurant, with which one should rather reserve. The map is manageable, but varied. The carrot and ginger soup tasted so perfect that you would have liked to have a lookup. The sushi is very high quality and tasted great! The salmon filet with the puree was also a taste experience! Highly recommended.

Very good sushi. A good card, which is easy to understand, even for sushi lending. Price performance is completely fine. The staff was very friendly and the ambience very nice. The only thing I would complain about is that disposable swabs are used. The quality of the sushi could be decent chopsticks in it. That puts the ambiance a bit in the cheap. Everything else great.

Simply fantastic sushi. Very creative in taste and always a pleasure. There's something for everyone. Very very friendly service. And the crowning glory: the cheesecake !!! I have never eaten such a delicious cheesecake. We love to come to the Strassfeld, whether takeaway or in the restaurant itself. Always great.

Food was great, prices high but still reasonable. With personally a bit too loud, you notice the room its small size.

Super restaurant. A good restaurant should not be in the city center, but in a good expensive area. This is the restaurant that is. Service at the highest level. Sashimi melt in your mouth. You will not regret.

Eating as it should be: excellent quality, very imaginative creations, very pleasant atmosphere. Yesterday evening with Michael Strassfeld with friends. We had something put together so we could try different sushi. One was better than the other. Our guests were thrilled and unanimously declared that they had never eaten sushi at such a high level in Europe. Wine and aperitif also went well together. We were - as always - very satisfied and again ask ourselves why we don't go there more often. Thanks to the Strassfeld team. Rating: Extremely recommendable!

A sushi of the highest quality awaits in the Strassfeld at an upscale but reasonable price. The Strassfeld is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in town. The only drawback is that credit card payment is not a matter of course, but one is only exposed to discussions, although it is ultimately done to you. The guest is not interested in discussions about the amount of the credit card fees, nor in the food and drink prices.

The waiting time was too long (40 min) and the price too high to make this place worth visiting.

Anyway, we were lucky that we got a table 2 days prior to the date as it was all the way packed and busy last Friday evening. My insight due to the Location, Atmosphere, Service and more important the Food itself: Location: nearly to out of nowhere, but its an ideal spot once you live nearby. :D Atmosphere : modern and very welcoming. You cpuld have some yummy time on the porch. Service : all through the nite (btween 7-10 PM) we only saw 3 staffs around, which means only one waitress and 2 in the kitchen/bar. This charming young lady was out of breath but she absolutely did her best. Foodwise: I, personally thought the chef created much more colorful and modern creations as Michael Straßfeld was 'graduated' from the well renown California Sushi Academy in Los Angeles. I should have probably ordered his 'masterpiece': Rumpsteak Blackened for 22 € ( a variation of a juicy Steak in Wasabi Pepper Sauce with Wasabi Cucumber Salad and Mashed Potato). I picked Tempura of Black Tiger · Spicy Dip 11,00 € which turned to be my delight. I tried my betterhalf' crispy and spicy Tuna Tatar with Salad and Sesame Dressing fir 11,50 €. Both plates were served generously. We shared the Large Sushi-Sahimi Mix for 24,50 €(California Roll, Nigiri, Sashimi) that turned out to be awesome. It's been since an ages that I couldnt taste such delicate sushi... You notice the refined taste of either Salmon or Tuna, in every bite! The Dessert we shared was even better (than the appetizer!). I enjoyed Crème brûlée with Lemongrass for 6,00 € til its last drop and the Strassfeld's Cheesecake for 6,50 € was way too small I could keep munching it all nite long. So anyone who really devours real nice sushi, pls follow my path. (the -* due to the price and compositions).
